Who is eligible to receive the vaccine at this clinic?
- Healthy children ages 2 years to 18 years old - 2 year olds to 9 year olds will need a total of two doses
- Healthy household members/close contacts of infants under 6 months old
Vaccine Information:
- This vaccination is the "FluMist" nasal spray vaccine
- The nasal spray vaccine is a live vaccine and should not be given within 28 days of receiving a live, intransal seasonal flu vaccine

NO APPOINTMENTS WILL BE TAKEN
Parking is available for $2.
- For children who need a total of two doses, a second clinic will be held on Monday, November 30th, 2009, 3:30PM to 7:30PM, Mission Conference Center.
